“Historia (Inquiry); so that the actions of people will not fade with time.”

Herodotus
The Histories of Herodotus of Halicarnassus

"That is war... To defeat foes in the name of a country. The states affairs of the enemy are inconsequential."

-Marco
Radiant Historia (videogame)

"The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legends. Legends fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that give it birth comes again."

-Robert Jordan
The Wheel of Time

"Solomon saith: There is no new thing upon the earth. So that as Plato had imagination, that all knowledge was but remembrance; so Solomon giveth his sentence, that all novelty is but oblivion."

-Francis Bacon: Essays LVIII.

You and I through Midnight -Poetry-

You,
Who blow the wind
Catching lightning's
In your dreams
Eating creatures
From my stories

Catch the light
From fireflies
In my memories
To cloud the thinking
Of unholy little thoughts

Dancing freely
through the night
You,
Dreamer of stories
Bite the Golden Apple
Draw in the clear water

Challenge me
To a sword fight
In this almighty glory
Of eternity watching
Outside time and space
Our Little story

Midnight
Into this temple
Dawn through out the field
Singing to my perception
Eating the broken dreams
In this insomniac darkness
That shatters the lamb sleep

You,
Who never question
I
Who never forgets
Us
Writing walls
that never fall
All
That is this lecture
Those do not forget

Midnight
To you and I
Through seamless instants
Trap in my hands
Rooting my skin
Eating the night forever
You,
Who always listen
living in my silent scream

Natural Thoughts -Poetry-

Is raining in the river
Of a desert country
Outside the frontier

In ethereal lightning’s
Dancing in the forest
The ghost of my dream

Cutting down a tree
Hand of the great Gaia
Void of the future

Laments in the water
Fishing squids and plankton
Coral reef inside the space of an hour

Mines of crystal shards
Diamonds cutting hands
Rubies staining the dust

Air blowing my thoughts
Leafs of endless moments
Eating my life force
Endlessly

Evanescence: a Haiku -Poetry-

The skylight clouds wash

the mist of the world darkness

evanescence dream

Chocolate Almond Cake -Poetry-

For this little enterprise
you will chop rock almonds
and cut chocolate stars.

You will mix eggs, flour,
sparkling sugar crystals,
milk that spills over the batter,
and melted stars in exotic rum.

You will heat it at 350 grades
over the melted center of the earth
that stands in your kitchen.

Then you will cover it all over again
with a coat of chocolate and almond glace,
sparkling, sponge, magical, superb…
Fluffy clouds that in your mouth melts.

You can make the experience more heavenly
By putting a ball of snowy vanilla cream
To the left of this special rocky fudge delicate,
Where every humani, any race and all creation
Can enjoy the devilish sensation of creamy flavors.

And so, to every humani,
any race and all creation;
I will give you a stellar blessing:
“Bon appetite, buen provecho,
Enjoy this little piece of perfection.”

Twisted Crown -Poetry-

        ◊
                          I                                            Wish                                                 the

                       Sir                                             in the                                                title

                       of all                                        legends                                       that pass

from the                              dark times in                             their darkest

Hour where the myth became realities for the inhabitants of the islands

Above the cruel oceans of despair that wash away the hundred years

Of wars and spill blood from children that try to escape from the

Abomination of a sword that cuts the sand pillar and sculptures

From the roots of the ancient tree of death that lies in a valley

Of green meadow guarded by the old giant serpent and wolf

A vile crown cursed for eternity by the action of his owner

Midnight -Poetry-

I am the sapphire blue apeirogon in the eternal paper,

the tick-tock of a watch and a table,

Vivaldi’s Vedro con Mio Diletto,

and the violin that cries over

the tickling sensation of a musician fingers.

I am the snake and the evergreen garden,

the sacred kapok tree and the evening wind,

the gâteau ou chocolat over the plate,

and the infinity of number eight.

I scream for those who forget,

because I am a Buddha walking

through an abyss in to midnight.

Meadow -Poetry-

My name is Meadow,

The dancing sea

of colorful flowers,

The birds singing

over the tree,

Peace is skipping

true the curious lake

Open air

to give

an innocent

embrace.

Peaceful wet grass,

like a soft laughing

resting place

for the calm

and relaxed.

What is the Beach without Sand? -Poetry-

The beach without sand,

it’s a world-wide lake,

residence of a race,

that search only lives with nothing.

They are waves that bathe the Earth,

terrestrial movements of pain,

fear of the future.

It’s an evanescent dream,

memories lost in the fog,

forgotten by its creators.

It’s a reef of death,

of infinite forgetfulness,

dreams agglomerated by ridicule.

They are lies of envy,

ridicules of the condemned,

dreams that shipwrecked.

The beach without sand

it’s a man that doesn’t exist.

Walking at Night (An Italian Sonnet) [Continuation of "Theseus"]

Theseus is still walking in the night

While the mysteries of the forest comes

As he hear the sinister sound of drums

That comes whispering of the dead and blight,

Of his empty banal life and take flight

To a place outside of time that will crumbs

When the endless California succumbs

To the rigid laws of electric light.

A black dragon around his left leg gleam,

A gargantuan bug with hairy legs,

A keen requiem to the mother of earth.

But this is just a very backward dream,

About the ancient art of beggar’s begs

That makes his mind to rethink a rebirth.

Theseus (A Shakesperian Sonnet) -Poetry-

(This poem is related to the spanish short story: "El Encantado Bosque de Arena".)

I am Theseus, a human being

A tall and attractive humanist man.

I hate bugs and live always at seeing

A mythical forest from where I scan

Ethereal shapes, while I eat ice cream

Of chocolate flavor in a glass cup.

I’m thinking of my divorce and redeem

The idea that karma is foul up.

My mind is full of images of trees,

Kelpies and harpies and sphinxes of sand

In a California night of fairies

That lives in the mind of a sandy land.

So this is just the usual masquerade,

That always human beings hide in shade.
